Payment Policy

All Online Kinesiology sessions are required to be paid in full prior to your appointment. 

Soul Up Kinesiology accepts payment methods currently, either by cash or Bank Transfer – details to be given on booking.

Cancellation Policy

Soul Up Kinesiology Policy is 24hrs notice. Clients will receive a text reminder x2 days prior to appointment to confirm booking, once replied & confirmed appointment, Client will be subject to cancellation policy.  

Cancellation fees of $50 will be charged for less than 24hrs notice. Full fee to be paid if cancellation is on the day of appointment. Thank you for your support & understanding
